These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ukits.tech (the “Website”) and any services provided by UKITS Technologies (“UKITS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

UKITS Technologies, Office 412, Office Court Building, Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Email: info@ukits.tech | Phone & WhatsApp: +971 56 902 6767

2. Our services

We provide IT and digital services including web design and development, e-commerce development, mobile app and software development, website maintenance, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, CCTV installation, PABX and telephone systems, POS systems, networking, security solutions and accounting integrations. Information on the Website describes these services in general terms. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement (“Agreement”). If an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement prevails.

3. Quotations and payment

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged where applicable.
  • Projects may require an advance payment before work begins. Remaining amounts are due as set out in the Agreement or invoice.
  • We may pause work or withhold deliverables while invoices are overdue.
  • Hardware (such as cameras, phones, POS terminals and network equipment) remains our property until paid in full.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, content, access credentials and site access needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You confirm that any content, images, logos or materials you supply are owned by you or licensed for use, and you are responsible for them.

5. Changes and additional work

Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as additional work and may be quoted separately. We will confirm any extra cost with you before starting.

6. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, unless the Agreement says otherwise. Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, stock media and licences remain subject to their own licence terms. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and may reuse general techniques. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies.

7. Hardware, installation and warranties

Equipment we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Our workmanship on installations is covered for the period stated in your Agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, power surges, unauthorised modifications, accidents or events outside our control.

8. Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, Google, Meta and app stores. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or fees. Results from SEO and advertising depend on search engines and platforms we do not control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end a project by written notice. You pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Advance payments covering work already done or hardware already ordered are non-refundable.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and access credentials confidential and use them only to deliver our services. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Use of this Website

You may browse and share the Website for lawful purposes. You must not copy substantial parts of it for commercial use, attempt to access restricted areas, upload malicious code, or interfere with its operation. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
