- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and how you arrived on the site.
- Spam-protection data processed by Google reCAPTCHA when you submit a form, such as device and browser information.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security, such as IP address and request time.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and deliver the services you request.
- To provide support and maintenance for clients.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To protect the website and our forms against spam and misuse.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as our working relationship and legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to enquiries and client data is limited to staff who need it to do their work.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email info@ukits.tech. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
